I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to public transport for exploring the city center and the beautiful attractions of Belem. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for restaurants and even making a reservation for us at a fantastic Portuguese restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The shower pressure was excellent, and the check-out time at midday was a convenient bonus. I also appreciated the option to store my luggage after checking out.
Highly recommended for families.

The location was perfect, right next to the fine Jeronimos monastery and close to all the sights of Belem. The hotel also provided easy access to the city's trams, making it convenient to explore the entire city. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. The staff were really nice too ensure our stay was comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and assistance whenever needed. Breakfast was a good experience, with the added bonus of warm pasteis de nata from a famous bakery. this hotel was great and provided an really good experience.

Great breakfast with a variety of options and friendly wait staff. The hotel is conveniently located near historical sites and within walking distance of good restaurants. The room was comfortable, although the shower setup was a bit awkward. The hotel also has a nice bar with good cocktails.

Excellent location, near famous attractions with easy access to public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff, especially David who provided superb service. Delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. Comfortable and clean rooms.
